Our History
Premier Sports Medicine was founded in Florida in 2006 by the Chief Medical Officer, Adam Greenfield. Adam was involved with professional sports teams as an Athletic Trainer but soon found himself being asked to cover other events for multiple organizations. It was at this point Adam realized the sports ecosystem had a huge void for organizations to find PRN Athletic Trainers.
Florida clients quickly grew to Georgia clients, where Adam has many relationships in the Athletic Trainer and sports world helping to springboard the company’s business very quickly.
Fast forward two decades later, Premier Sports Medicine now regularly staffs colleges, schools and event operators in forty-four states around the country, and has grown its network of Athletic Trainers to over three thousand. Our list of clients and exclusive partners includes National Governing Bodies, regional indoor/outdoor multi-use facilities, some of the largest national sport’s organizations and hundreds of the country’s most prestigious universities and colleges.
