Premier Sports Medicine – Partner Payoff 2026 – Official Rules
Contest Period
- Start Date: January 1, 2026, 12:00 AM EST
- End Date: January 9, 2026, 12:00 AM EST (7-day entry period)
- Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via email within 7 days of contest end
- Prize Fulfillment: All prizes will be shipped by Feb 13th 2026
Eligibility
- Open to all Athletic Trainers and Athletic Training students as well as event organizers/clients in the US
- Must be 18 years old or older to participate
- Must provide valid email address, phone, and physical shipping address to be eligible
How to Enter
- Visit premiersportsmedicine.net during the contest period (January 1-9, 2026)
- Complete the entry form with the following required information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone number
- Participant Type (Athletic Trainer or Client/Organization)
- Physical Mailing Address
- Entry must be submitted during the contest window
- Only one entry per person
Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries
- Winners will be notified exclusively via email from ebell@premiersportsmedicine.net
- Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize and accept a quick call to verify information
- If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected
- Winners will be announced on Premier Sports Medicine’s social media channels and via email by name only.
Prize Fulfillment
- Prizes will be shipped directly from manufacturers, suppliers or from Premier Sports Medicine
- All prizes planned shipped date by Feb 13th
- No cash substitutions or prize transfers permitted
- Premier Sports Medicine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes after shipping
