Our History

Premier Sports Medicine was founded in Florida in 2006 by the current CEO, Adam Greenfield. Adam was involved with professional sports teams as an Athletic Trainer but soon found himself being asked to cover other events for multiple organizations. It was at this point Adam realized the sports ecosystem had a huge void for organizations to find PRN Athletic Trainers.

Florida clients quickly grew to Georgia clients, where Adam has many relationships in the Athletic Trainer and sports world helping to springboard the company's business very quickly.

Fast forward a decade later, Premier Sports Medicine now regularly staffs colleges, schools and event operators in forty-four states around the country, and has grown its network of Athletic Trainers to over three thousand. Our list of clients and exclusive partners includes National Governing Bodies, regional indoor/outdoor multi-use facilities, some of the largest national sport's organizations and hundreds of the country's most prestigious universities and colleges.

Meet Our Team

Premier Sports Medicine is founded and lead by Athletic Trainers with decades of experience working in all aspects of sports medicine.

Adam Greenfield- President/CEO

Adam Greenfield is the Founder and CEO of Premier Sports Medicine. In his role, Adam oversees all the financial, strategic and operational projections and plans for the company. Adam graduated from the University of South Florida in 2000 with a degree in Athletic training.

He currently resides in Dunwoody, Georgia.

Adam Lucassian- National Director of Sports Medicine

Adam Lucassian joined the PSM Family in 2021. He is a 2012 graduate of Central Michigan University, with a degree in Athletic Training.

Adam currently resides in Valrico, Florida

John Steele- Assistant Director, National Event Operations

John Steele joined the PSM Family in early 2024. He is a 2005 graduate of Lasell College, with a degree in Athletic Training and a 2009 graduate of Villanova University, where he obtained his Master of Public Administration.

He currently resides in Miami, Florida.

Lloyd Knudson- Florida Director of Sports Medicine

Lloyd joined the PSM Family in at the beginning of 2024. He is a 2000 graduate of Iowa State with a degree in Athletic Training, and a 2002 graduate of Kansas State University, where he obtained his master’s degree.

Lloyd currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Elizabeth Bell- Director of Social Media and Marketing

Elizabeth joined the PSM Family in 2019 as an independent contract employee. She began her full-time work with PSM in early 2021. She is a 2010 graduate of Heidelberg University, with a degree in Athletic Training, and a 2015 graduate of Montana State University Billings, with a master’s in Exercise and Sport Leadership.

She currently resides in Largo, Florida.
